Sino-Finnish Evaluation Seminar in Dec 11th 2007

The Sino-Finnish Evaluation Seminar organized by Ressu Upper Secondary School was held in Helsinki in Dec 11th 2007.

The aim of this seminar was to evaluate and bring to an end “the five-year co-operation project” between Chinese and Finnish schools in the field of upper secondary education in the years 2002-2007.

The large number of participants in the seminar included representatives from the co-operation schools both from China and Finland, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Finland, the Finnish National Board of Education, Finland-China Society and Confucius Institute.

Presentations were given from all of the institutions present in the seminar. During the seminar day we could see a very good and representative overview and summary from the past five years´ fruitful co-operation between the parties involved in the project.

The five-year project has been successfully brought to an end and now it is time to look forward to the challenges in the future. Schools within their co-operation agreements are now continuing there already fruitful started work with each other.
